Bob Nance named new Chamber Director The Excelsior Springs Area Chamber of Commerce has named Bob Nance as its new Executive Director. Nance, the former Missouri State Representation for the 36th District, will assume his new duties beginning April 29, 2013. Bob Nance will be replacing Terry Smelcer, who announced his resignation in early March after working with the Chamber for the past 10 years.
