NorthCare Hospice House is located on the campus of North Kansas City Hospital, providing care and comfort to families.

NorthCare Hospice provides care wherever the patient lives. This could be the patient's home, a friend or family member's home, various types of residential care facilities, or a nursing home. In August 2010 NorthCare Hospice House opened on the campus of North Kansas City Hospital. This 16-bed inpatient hospice facility provides 24 hour a day care for hospice patients who have medical problems that are too serious or complex to be managed at home.
NorthCare provides services in both MO and KS to the following counties:
Missouri: Cass, Clay, Clinton, Jackson, Platte, and Ray
Kansas: Johnson, Wyandotte, and Leavenworth
NorthCare Hospice has been in service for 15 years and has been located at 2900 Clay Edwards Drive in affiliation with North Kansas City Hospital for the past eight years.
"NorthCare Hospice joined the Excelsior Springs Chamber to help educate the local community about resources available for end of life care," said Kim Logan, Executive Director.
The staff of NorthCare Hospice care equally about body, mind, and spirit and tailor care to meet each patient's personal goals for living with his or her disease. The hospice philosophy is to live life to its fullest with comfort and dignity.

Join us for our monthly luncheons
We would like to thank those of you who are attending our monthly luncheons and encourage you to invite a non-Chamber to be your guest.
“The purpose of this function is to increase networking opportunities for the Chamber membership. The Chamber has grown substantially over the past several years and this monthly event is just a simple and convenient way to get our membership face to face with other business owners.
Be sure to bring your business cards for an opportunity to be chosen Chamber Business of the Month. The winner will be featured on the Chamber website for a month and will receive an ad in the Excelsior Springs Standard and the Town and Country Leader for one issue. In addition at the next meeting they will have a display table and the chance to talk briefly about their business.
