July 23 "Wednesday Bike Nite" at Dani's Hitch Lot, 259 E. Broadway, starting 6 p.m. Come and enjoy the specials! Play pool, darts or shuffle board. Sponsored by Dani's Hitch Lot and Hyatts Custom Cycles & Graphics.
July 24 The Rotary Club of Excelsior Springs will host a continental breakfast and special presentation by National keynote speaker and author Joe Calhoon, 7:30 a.m. Seats are limited so please RSVP as soon as possible RSVP to 816-405-0495 or spaliday@yahoo.com.
July 25 and 26 An Open House will be held at Van Till Farms / Rayville Baking Co., 13986 Highway C, Rayville, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Come out and enjoy time in the peaceful surroundings of the Van Till Family Farm. You will have opportunities for sampling many of the products produced on the farm as well as a chance to see all the new landscaping, the new event patio and the grape vineyard. KMZU 100.7 FM will be broadcasting live from the farm noon to 2 p.m. on Saturday.
July 25 "Sleepless in Seattle," Movies on the Lawn, The Elms Resort & Spa, 9 p.m. $1 per person.

Aug. 5 Family Fun Night 9-Hole Golf Outing, Excelsior Springs Golf Course, 6 p.m. start. Two-person scramble format; youth play from the red tees. Ages 8-16 years. Cost per team: (2) non-members $40; (2) members $20; (1) non-member & (1) member $30.
